Lucid Dreams, WILD or DILD?

Hello Readers, the last post I've been talking about how awesome it would be that you're actually able to control your own dream, do whatever you what in your own desire "World", have your own rules and stuff and most importantly, you're not chained by the Law of Reality. But, have you wondered how do you actually have to do to get to have such dreams? The method is quite simple, but it's something that requires alot of practices and most importantly, you wouldn't get it all the time, I'll say 1/10 times? I don't know, but from what I've known, everyone, yes EVERYONE will have at least one Lucid Dream in their lifetime, most probably when they're still Kids.

Anyway, let's talk about one of the method that I know and also tried shall we? This one is known as Wake-Induced-Lucid-Dream, or also known as WILD for short. As far as I know, different people will have different methods to do this method. The main point of this method is to keep your brain Conscious and not to fall asleep. Anyway, before getting into the topic, research also shown that there will be a higher chance if user has done WBTB beforehand, which is known as Wake Back to Bed, this is where you'll actually sleep earlier and set the alarm 4 or 3 hours EARLIER before the actual time you actually wake up. For instances, if you're to wake up at 8 in the morning, you can set the alarm at 5 or 4 am. Then, when the alarm rang and you woke up, remember, don't go back to bed first, you can wander off doing your own stuff, or the recommended thing that you should be doing is to read stuff about Lucid Dream or think of stuff about Lucid Dreaming. You can do this either with lights on or off, but lights off is suggested because humans tend to be able to fall back to sleep as long as they didn't expose to lights or stuff. Anyway, just do this for 30 minutes or so, then you should go back to bed. But this time, it's not Ordinary bed time, you are to Keep your own "Conscious" awake till you enter the "World". Types of method uses Varies on the person performing it, for me, I am doing the counting way. Whisper to yourself, with a comfortable position, eye close and NOT TO MOVE, "One, I am dreaming, Two, I am Dreaming, Three, I am Dreaming, Four, I am Dreaming." and this goes on until you're actually in your dream. Alright, I'll explain about the process, while you're counting, you WILL actually feel that your body is getting numb, and you can't move a bit of your muscle, you're feeling paralyzed, DO NOT WORRY, this is one of the stages where your body falls to sleep, this is to prevent you from moving because what we did in dream, we did it in reality too, this is why some people get Sleep Walking. Anyway do not panic and keep on counting, then after awhile, your whole body will be paralyzed and you will be see-ing imagines in your eyes, and again, don't worry, just keep on counting, and DO NOT looking into the imagines, it'll make your brain to fall asleep, and let "Unconscious" take over. And then you'll also be hearing stuff, the sounds will also varies depending on the person, as for me, I heard some Rusted Metal Being moved sound, you know all those sounds you heard when you saw people actually moving those metals? You'll heard it as if it's just beside of you. But, again, keep counting, and don't panic. Then to an extend, you'll actually feel that your body is floating, and then will be moving, and then you'll see some portal type of images in your eyes, (This might be different, I saw the portal anyway. >_>), and then to an extend, open your eyes, and see if you're in your room, if you're not in your room, then Hurray! You're in your Dream World! Time to control your own World! Or if you're still in your Room, you can do a simple Reality Check, squeeze your nose and see if you can breathe, if you can breathe, that means you're in your dream. If you can't, sorry, you'll have to try again or try again next time. Good Luck Trying. :D:D! This is all about WILD technique, it might not be the same as others that you read because I've read this quite awhile back and people might modify their post or stuff, but if you might want to read up some other technique, you can read it here, Press Here..

Nonetheless, let's talk about Dream-Induced-Lucid-Dream, or known as DILD. This technique is quite easy, and it will happens all depending on your luck. This technique is something where you actually Realizes that you're in the Dream World, where you'll then take over the place of "Conscious" in your dream world. This method can be done if you keep a Dream Journal, which it will helps alot for your Dream Recall. For the Dream Journal, you should write about your dream whenever you woke up from the dream, be it a lame dream or a epic one, just jolt down every single thing happened in your dreams, and even things that you saw in the dream. This will really help dream recall alot. Why does this help Dream Recall? Have you ever have the feeling of Deja Vu? Dream does the same too, sometimes, you'll get to dream the SAME thing over and over again for IDK how many times, or some dreams will actually never come back. But It doesn't matter, the point of Dream Recall is to target those reoccuring dreams, because when you saw the same scene in your dream, ask yourself, where did you saw this before? And if you remember your Dream Journal, you'll actually get to know that you're in your own dream, or to make sure, you can again, do the nose squeezing stuff, and see if you can breathe. The reason why we're doing this because we got no idea that we're actually dreaming, and our "Unconscious" is doing things like our usual life, which making us not able to differentiate between reality and dreaming. Although Dream Recall can be used as a method, I actually uses the Reality Check way, where I actually try to squeeze my nose as often as possible and try to make it my habit, you must do this until an extend where you'll do this action without actually doing this, what I meant was, you make yourself Unconsciously doing this action. Thus, in dreams, your unconscious will actually do this "Habit" of yours to confuse you that you're not dreaming, but instead, we take advantages of this Confusion and make ourselves into Lucid Dreams. This is the method which always gets me into Lucid Dream which lasted only for awhile.

Anyway, if you ask me, I only got Lucid Dream ONCE for WILD, and quite a lot of times using DILD. So I'll prefer DILD, but if you want a really long time in your Lucid Dream, WILD is always the better choice. :D!

Yeah, it's kinda interesting. But it's kinda hard to master. Gonna keep doing it everyday, but I didn't really have the time to do that. Didn't have the time to wake up in the middle of the night. LOLX! Anyway, dreams wouldn't make people tired, everyone will dream every night, people that says that they don't dream is because they don't remember their dream, not that they don't.
